I offer supervision and mentoring for qualified psychologists seeking clinical and professional support in their work.
Clinical supervision provides a structured and reflective space to think together about clinical practice, professional development, and the emotional demands of therapeutic work. My supervision style is collaborative and reflective, supporting careful clinical thinking while also recognising the complexity and responsibility of psychological work.
I also offer mentoring for aspiring or newly qualified psychologists who would value support and guidance as they navigate the early stages of their careers.
I have been qualified as a Clinical Psychologist for over 10 years, completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of East London, and have worked in a range of NHS clinical and leadership roles both before and after qualifying.
Supervision with me typically includes:
Reflective discussion of clinical work
Integration of psychological models and evidence-based practice
Support with professional development and career development
